Why did I get a notice that my maintenance subscription has expired?
Once a year, we notify your organization to renew the maintenance subscription for each seat/license of each On Center product you own. You may receive a message via e-mail or when attempting to use some features in On-Screen Takeoff, Quick Bid, or Digital Production Control.

What happens if I don’t renew my maintenance subscription every year?
Without an annual maintenance subscription, some services like Project Express, Accounting Exports, and eQuotes will no longer work. You will also not be able to open new Technical Support requests, except for licensing issues. An annual maintenance subscription is required for Takeoff Boost™, artificial intelligence-powered add-on feature. Takeoff Boost™ also requires an additional subscription.
Renewing your maintenance plan annually ensures you have full access to On Center products, including assistance with installing and using the software, troubleshooting issues, and downloading new updates to the software.
