THE WOODLANDS, TX – On Center Software announced the promotion of Robert Irby to Director of Engineering and Aaron Stephens to Director of IT Services and Support. Irby is a University of Houston Computer Science graduate with 10 years of experience in software engineering, the last two at On Center. Irby has a track record of delivering high-quality products. He is knowledgeable and passionate about the advances in technology; and a leader in team building and interfacing with customers, stakeholders, and partners. He also writes blogs for On Center on construction software. Irby was Team/Senior Software Engineer at Data Dynamics and an engineer for TIBCO Software and NetIQ before joining On Center.
Stephens brings over 22 years of IT experience to his role, the last 10 at On Center. His responsibilities include managing software customer support for On Center clients around the world, and IT training for On Center’s staff. Stephens excels at team building, technical problem-solving, and creating communication channels across locations. On Center Software’s 24-hour, worldwide, business-day support was developed and delivered under his direction. Before On Center, Stephens managed technical support for Comcast, Time Warner Cable, Stream International, Terran Entertainment Group, and K.G. Marx.
