Issue
You need to uninstall On-Screen Takeoff/Digital Production Control or Quick Bid.
Discussion
There are reasons why you may want to uninstall the products:
- You are getting a new computer (be sure to check out: Moving your data to a new Computer - OST QB DPC).
- You are upgrading to a version of OST/QB/DPC that requires that you manually uninstall the previous version (be sure to backup your databases, see your User Guide for details).
- You no longer wish to use the software or have decided not to purchase.
Resolution
Before you uninstall a program, be sure to return your license by clicking File > Check Authorization, and then return any licenses, see Related Articles for details on licensing OCS Classic software.

In the Apps & Features List, locate the program you want to uninstall, again, in our example "On-Screen Takeoff".
Click the row and then click "Uninstall" - you'll be prompted to confirm this action.

When you uninstall the programs, your data (databases) is not removed. By Default, they'll remain at C:\OCS Documents (unless you stored them someplace else).
Also, your program settings (the options you've set, if any, in Tools > Options) are also preserved. Please Contact Support if you would like assistance with removing these.
