Oasis Takeoff Release Notes (7/1/2016) - OTK

This is a maintenance release to fix outstanding issues reported by customers.


  • Allow user to cancel print jobs that have not been spooled (once sent to the printer, the job can only be cancelled through Window's Printers dialog box)
  • Prompt user to cancel printing if user closes Print Preview dialog box before the job is sent to the printer (spooling)
  • Improved printing performance
    • Faster without negatively affecting quality
    • Faster printing
    • More reliable printing


  • Print Preview screen shows all takeoff for any previewed page
  • Printing to full size, Architectural page size creates correct rendition
  • Reduce the amount of time required to calculate large or gridded Area takeoff objects
  • Reduce the amount of time required to show 'partial tiles' in gridded Area takeoff objects
  • Printing to FoxIT PDF Creator does not crash application
  • After aligning Overlay, user can print current Sheet
  • Correctly recalculate gridded areas after scale change
  • Reduce time required to load Sheets and takeoff
  • Corrected quantity display issue on Summary Tab
