On Center Software (OCS) KnowledgeBase terms and conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern any comments, questions, reviews, suggestions, ideas, and other information you may post to these pages. These terms and conditions supplement the oncenter.com Terms of Use. To the extent of any conflict between the oncenter.com Terms of Use, the corporate privacy policy, and these Terms, these Terms shall control with respect to User Content.

When you register for a kBase account or submit feedback, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and will be bound by these Terms. and that you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including export and re-export control laws and regulations. You agree to maintain the security of, and not allow others to use your OCS user ID or password.

By submitting any User Content, you represent and warrant that:

• you are the sole author and owner of the intellectual property rights thereto;all “moral rights” that you may have in such User Content have been voluntarily waived by you;all User Content that you post is truthful and accurate and complies with these Terms;you are at least 13 years old; andyour User Content does not cause injury to any person or entity.
• You further agree and warrant that you shall not submit any User Content:
• that is known by you to be false, inaccurate or misleading;that infringes any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy;that violates any law, statute, ordinance or regulation;that is, or may reasonably be considered to be, defamatory, libelous, hateful, racially or religiously biased or offensive, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing to any individual or entity;for which you were compensated or granted any consideration by any third party; that includes any information that references other websites, addresses, email addresses, contact information or phone numbers; or that contains any computer viruses, worms or other potentially damaging computer programs or files.
• For any User Content that you submit, you grant OCS a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable right and license to use, copy, modify, delete in its entirety, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from and/or sell and/or distribute such content and/or incorporate such content into any form, medium or technology throughout the world without compensation to you. All User Content may be used at OCS's sole discretion. User Content may remain public, and may be archived, stored and retrievable, indefinitely.
• OCS owns the copyright in all content and materials on the OCS Knowledge Center site (“OCS Content”), other than User Content. Your use of OCS Content does not provide you with any rights to that material.
• You agree to hold OCS harmless from all claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of a breach of your representations and warranties set forth above, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
• OCS reserves the right to remove or delete any User Content that OCS deems, in its sole discretion, to violate these Terms or the oncenter.com Terms of Use. OCS does not guarantee that you will have any recourse through OCS to edit or delete any User Content.
• None of the User Content will be subject to any obligation of confidence on the part of OCS, its agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners or third party service providers and their respective directors, officers and employees.
