PTL - 07 My Support Cases

Under My Support Cases, you will see a list of all Cases you've opened with On Center Software including Trial Requests, Technical Support Cases, and Customer Service Cases.

You can filter this list by Status (for example, to show all "Closed" cases), and you can sort by Case Number, Creation Date, and last update Date ("Last Message Date").

Opening a new Support Case

You can even open a new Support Case by clicking the "Creating New Case" button, this opens a short form where you can indicate what is happening or what you want to report. Typically, you will get a response with 2-4 business hours.

Note
Product Users can always open a Support Case without logging into the MyOnCenter Portal by click "Help > Request Support" in their software. This takes them to the Contact Support page where they have various options to connect with our Support Department.
