Cost: $795/attendee

The Conference Fee includes attendance at the conference, 5 meals, casino night and materials. Meals include breakfast and lunch and dinner Thursday, November 13th plus breakfast and lunch Friday, November 14th.

IMPORTANT: The Conference Fee does NOT include lodging or transportation to/from The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel & Convention Center.
