On Center Software

In order to access the full features of your On Center Software product, you must install the drivers for the security key ‘dongle’ that was provided to you. An internet connection is required to initially authorize the program. Once authorized, you are no longer required to be connected to the internet as long as you keep your security key plugged in to your computer or workstation. There are two methods by which you can install the drivers. You can either install them off the CD-ROM that we provided to you OR download the drivers off of our website. This document will detail both processes.

Installing From Downloaded Executable File

  1. Click here to download the Sentinel System Driver installer, save to your desktop
  2. Close all programs
  3. Click Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs .
  4. Browse the Add/Remove Programs list for “Sentinel System Driver”. If found, select it and click Remove and follow the instructions until removed. If not found, proceed to Step 6.
  5. Allow it to finish the remove process and then restart the computer if prompted.
  6. If you have a USB dongle (purple), it must be unplugged at this time. If your dongle is a parallel port 25-pin dongle (beige) leave it plugged in.
