On-Screen Takeoff 3.7.0 is a full version upgrade to the On-Screen Takeoff Professional Takeoff 3.x application and includes new functionality as well as several fixes for known issues.
On-Screen Takeoff 3.7.0 is Windows 7 compliant. Previous versions of On-Screen Takeoff are not supported on Windows 7 because of incompatibilities with Windows 7 Security.

Database Upgrade Required for all users upgrading to this version from any version previous to v.3.6.0.137 (3.6.0.134 and before).
On Center Software recommends that if you have bids due that you wait to install any upgrade until you have sufficient time. It is also a good idea to make an archival backup of your database files before installing any upgrade.
Once the download is complete, double-click the file to run the Installer.
The installer will remove your previous version, then install the upgraded application.
NOTE: Your data files will not be affected until they are accessed in this version of On-Screen Takeff.
Note: On-Screen Takeoff 3.7 is an upgrade to 3.6, if you have a version of On-Screen Takeoff prior to v. 3.4.1.526, you will need to uninstall that version before installing v.3.5. Uninstalling On-Screen Takeoff does not affect your data files.
