New Feature: Enterprise Product Updater - IT can now add a custom message in the Update Available dialog.
SQL Database Upgraded - SQL authenticated users now receive a message if their user rights do not permit an upgrade of the database.
Updated conversion of all PDF images to TIFF in Windows XP.
Takeoff Tools Updated: Align Grid mode is now persistent until the area takeoff object is de-selected.
Project Express Updated: The filename is now truncated from the Project Name section of the default name and the % sign can be used in the filename.
Bid Packages Updated- Sending a complete bid package via Project Express now gives user the option to send only images with takeoff. Also increased stability.
Lastly, sending bid packages via e-mail and via Project Express now provide a default package name based on the bid number, bid name and current date.
On Center Software recommends that if you have bids due that you wait to install any upgrade until you have sufficient time. It is also a good idea to make an archival backup of your database files before installing any upgrade.
Once the download is complete, double-click the file to run the Installer.
The installer will remove your previous version, then install the upgraded application.
NOTE: Your data files will not be affected until they are accessed in this version of On-Screen Takeff.
Note: On-Screen Takeoff 3.6 is an upgrade to 3.4.1 and 3.5, if you have a version of On-Screen Takeoff prior to v. 3.4.1.526, you will need to uninstall that version before installing v.3.5. Uninstalling On-Screen Takeoff does not affect your data files.
