Manual Licensing

Open your web browser and browse to http://as1.oncenter.com/licmanager.asp

Fill in your Client ID, Host ID, and the version of the software you are authorizing. You will only need to enter the first two digits of the version number (example ‘3.2’). Click ‘Get License’.

A page should appear containing a long string of code similar to the screenshot below. This is your license file

If you receive an error from this web page or do not receive the code you will need to contact On Center Software’s Customer Service department at customerservice@oncenter.com. Please include your company name, Client ID, and Host ID when emailing Customer Service.

Highlight the code (press CTRL+A) and click Edit>Copy in your web browser.

In the program you are authorizing go to File>Check Authorization and click Advanced.

Right click in the empty space and choose paste. Click OK and then OK again. Do not click 'Reauthorize'. If you are still not authorized proceed to Advanced Manual Licensing.
