Step 2:

Enter the correct client ID: Click on File>Check Authorization. Click the “Change” button in the middle of the window and type your client ID in the specified box, then click Save.

If you are unsure of your client ID please check the packaging that your software came in. If you are a planroom customer you may find your Client ID by clicking “Install Software” after logging into your planroom.

After entering the Client ID click Reauthorize. Your Authorization Status should state either “Features: est” or “Features: tko.” If so you are now authorized.

If the Authorization Status lists an error message proceed to Section 2: Basic Troubleshooting
