With Quick Bid, costing data can be applied to takeoff performed in OST. Labor costs, production rates, misc expenses, markups, and material pricing are all accounted for.
Bids are completed in a fraction of the time because all tedious calculations are automatically figured for you. Change orders are easy to handle because the software calculates and applies the additional costs to the entire bid.
During construction, the project manager uses Digital Production Control to monitor the daily production and progression of the project. With DPC, each day you can quickly mark work on digital plans to be performed, set production goals, and send it electronically to the foreman.
The foreman walks the site, marks the percentage complete, timecard information, enters notes, and then sends the info electronically back to the PM. Digital Production Control manages this daily data and instantly spots dips in production.
