The On-Screen Takeoff PlanViewer is a limited version of On Center Software's takeoff software.

Participating planrooms allow you to download and view multiple file types such as TIFF, PDF, DWF, DWG, JPEG images, and most CAD documents.

With On-Screen Takeoff PlanViewer, you can easily navigate through drawings, measure a distance or area, count objects, zoom in on particular features, place dimensions, write text, and print drawings directly from the viewer.

• Quickly takeoff quantities, linear feet, square feet, and count objects on plans and then copy/paste to an Excel worksheet
• Open images from a disk, network drive, local hard drive, or download them from the planroom. When you create your Project, it is stored in the database, providing one location for all your bidding projects
• Easily print out plans for job records and communication with project contacts from any printer or plotter
• Functions as a download manager allowing you to seamlessly download and view all available and updated documents for projects (per planroom)
• Projects downloaded through the planroom with the download manager will automatically refresh the plan list when opening the project. Users can instantly see if new plans are available to download once they open the projects planroom tab without having to search the Web site
