I want to congratulate On Center Software for their mobile app. This, in my opinion, is the right direction. We need more apps and we need them to integrate with Quickbid or OST.

I think that On Center should release their software on the cloud to allow easy integration.

If this is not possible or the current direction, I hope On Center will release their software on more platforms like mac osx.


Come on On Center! Help me get rid of my Windows OS VM.

Does anyone else find themselves constantly printing their takeoff list twice?

Once, when you just go on autopilot and simply hit print and get only the first page - and then again, after you remember to select "all pages" to get the complete list?

It seems that most other applications default to "all pages" when the print dialog comes up, so is there a particular reason that OST defaults to print only the first page?

On-Screen Takeoff defaults to printing only the first page so that a user doesn't inadvertently print hundreds of pages they were not expecting. This is especially true on the Image Tab where caching a large project could take 10, 20 minutes or longer.
People tend not to read dialog boxes and we choose to err on the side of caution.
