Inside Software Sales Representative

Put your selling skills to work with On Center Software, Inc. On Center Software provides outstanding software solutions to the construction industry.  The ideal candidate would be an experienced Inside Sales professional who learns quickly and is willing and able to adapt to a very specialized sales methodology targeting construction trades. We are building our sales team and are searching for several results oriented, motivated candidates who meet our experience and qualification requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years experience selling in a monthly quota bearing environment.
• Must have a degree from an accredited University or College. Building Construction, Construction Science or related degrees will receive additional consideration.
• Must be able to document job stability with no more than two employers in the past five years.  References required and will be called.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong work ethic. Willing to be accountable for high outbound sales call activity every day.
• Self-motivated. Willing to be accountable for a monthly & annual sales quota derived from sales to new and existing base clients.
• Good organizational skills.
• Good communication skills with an emphasis on influencing opinions via the telephone.
• Excellent presentation skills. Experience presenting in a web meeting environment a plus.
