Commercial Construction Estimator

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years experience in commercial estimating
• Must be able to do complete takeoffs using On-Screen Takeoff
• Must have experience in estimating or project management using Quick Bid
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel are a plus.
• Strong work ethic.
• Self-motivated.
• Good organizational skills
• Good communication skills
• Excellent presentation skills

Experience in one or more of the following Construction Divisions:

• Division 03 — Concrete
• Division 04 — Masonry
• Division 05 — Metals
• Division 06 — Wood and Plastics
• Division 07 — Thermal and Moisture Protection
• Division 08 — Doors and Windows
• Division 09 — Finishes
• Division 10 — Specialties
• Division 15 — Mechanical
• Division 16 — Electrical
