Intex Expo
Members of On Center Software recently traveled to Orlando, Florida to participate in the Intex Expo, an interior/exterior commercial construction show.

Many visitors stopped by the On Center booth to learn more about the latest trends in construction management software. Digital Production Control demonstrations were a hit with attendees, who also enjoyed previewing the new e-quote function in QuickBid 4.8.

Some On Center clients even shared success stories and testimonials with new prospects. There is nothing more gratifying than hearing that your product has helped your clients do their jobs more efficiently – and has significantly impacted their bottom line!

On Center enjoyed its experience at the show, and would like to thank the Association of the Wall and Ceiling Industry (AWCI) and the Ceilings & Interior Systems Construction Association (CISCA), for co-sponsoring the 2007 Intex EXPO.

SMARTBIDNET using On-Screen Takeoff
In other news, SMARTBIDNET, a new Authorized Planroom, has chosen On-Screen Takeoff PlanViewer for use with its bid management software. On-Screen Takeoff PlanViewer is a limited version of On Center Software’s takeoff software.

Participating planrooms allow users to download and view multiple file types such as TIFF, PDF, DWF, DWG, JPEG images, and most CAD documents. With On-Screen Takeoff PlanViewer, users can easily navigate through drawings, measure a distance or area, count objects, zoom in on particular features, place dimensions, write text, and print drawings directly from the viewer.
