Meet the CEO

As President and CEO of On Center Software, Leonard Buzz oversees all aspects of the company’s software design, including conception, development, production and implementation.

With a business background in commercial contracting, Buzz was inspired to design software that would help contractors manage their day-to-day duties – and help them avoid common mistakes that prevented them from making profits on bids.

In 1988, On Center Software was founded with the launch of Buzz’s software concept, QuickBid. Under his direction, the company continues to develop and launch innovative software products for construction industry professionals, such as On-Screen Takeoff® and Digital Production Control™.
